Call for Papers – Florida Communication Journal

Call for Papers and Submission Guidelines

The Florida Communication Journal (FCJ) is a professional, refereed publication and is currently accepting manuscripts for the Fall 2012 editions.  We encourage the submission of previously unpublished articles and research reports related to all aspects of the human communication process.  We also encourage the submission of faculty and student collaborative work, rigorous student submissions and important pilot studies.  FCJ is interested in publishing material, both quantitative and qualitative, that makes noteworthy contributions to the advancement of human communication scholarship.  Manuscripts should be largely based on primary research. The absolute deadline is July 30. Submissions after that will be considered for the spring 2013 issue. Please submit only electronic submissions in Microsoft Word documents.  This will expedite the review process.  Preferred manuscript length is 10-15 pages. Include a separate cover page with the title, author(s) name, position, address(es), e-mail address(es), affiliation(s) and an abstract of no more than 100 words. Prepare all manuscripts double-spaced and consistent with the latest edition of APA guidelines. Use Times New Roman and 12 point type. Begin the manuscript with the title, author(s) name, and an abstract, then start the body of the paper on the second page.  Be sure to remove all references to the author(s) within the manuscript itself to facilitate blind review.

Submit electronic manuscripts and cover pages to Stephen Zeigler, Editor, Florida Communication Journal at Stephen.zeigler@erau.edu.
